My three-season room door lock has broken, and Laura made it so easy to order one by telephone! She was so friendly and helpful. Totally exceeded our expectations!
We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of our new Patriot sunroom. Patriot converted a screened in porch into a magnificent four seasons room. Our old screened in porch used to get covered inside with dirt and pollen, that it could not be used until June or July. By that time, it was too hot to enjoy it here in Wildwood.
Every person that worked on this project was a true professional artisan. It is the quietest room in our house. You can’t hear any street traffic go by whatsoever. I’m now 73 years old and can remember since I was a youngster driving by the Patriot company campus and wondering what those rooms I saw were all about. Any company that can stay in business for that length of time was a company that I needed to do business with. I looked at other companies, but no one came close to providing the quality, service, price and warranty of their product. They did everything they said they were going to do and did it better than I ever expected. We chose the wood ceiling option and are glad we did. It added so much beauty to the project. I would encourage everybody to consider that option.
